Victoria is the Co- Founder and Artistic Director of Raíces Theatre Company where she just directed EL COQUÍ ESPECTACULAR AND THE BOTTLE OF DOOM. She is a graduate of the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in NYC studying Musical Theatre. Victoria just returned to Buffalo after assistant directing the World-Premiere of the Pulitzer Prize winning novel The Brief and Wondrous Life of Oscar Wao by Junot Diaz, adapted and directed by Marco Antonio Rodriguez at NYC's Off-Broadway Repertorio Español. She is an accomplished performer, director and teaching artist. Among her favorite director credits are LA LUZ DE UN CIGARILLO, ORDINARY DAYS, HAPPIEST SONGS PLAY LAST, THE MOTHER____WITH THE HAT, LA LUPE: MY LIFE, MY DESIGNY and BARCELO ON THE ROCKS. Victoria has been nominated several times for Buffalo’s Artie Awards, and won for Outstanding Actress in a Musical for her performance in FOUR GUYS NAMED JOSE AND UNA MUJER NAMED MARIA at O'Connell and Co.
