Randall Kramer

Mr. Kramer is the founder and Artistic/Executive Director of MusicalFare Theatre. Under his leadership, it has become a regional center for world and area premiere musicals and a leading musical theatre company in the Northeast. He has directed many of their critically acclaimed productions, including NEXT TO NORMAL, BEAUTIFUL, DISASTER!, RAGTIME, SPRING AWAKENING, MILLION DOLLAR QUARTET, FALSETTOS, SUNDAY IN THE PARK WITH GEORGE, IN THE HEIGHTS and RED. Mr. Kramer, a 9-time Artie Award winner for Direction of a Musical and the 2005 Career Achievement recipient, has directed multiple musical productions at Shea’s 710, Artpark, Studio Arena Theatre, the University of Buffalo CFA, and Off-Broadway at the Lamb’s Theatre. He and MusicalFare were awarded the 2021 “Best Pivot” Award by the Amherst Chamber of Commerce for their online and livestream work during the COVID lockdown. He is a member of the Stage Directors and Choreographers Society (SDC) and GBCA. He is very proud of his two children, Cydney and Griffin.
